I PROMISED I would NOT start a new project until I finished up the things on my desk....and this lil batch of cards needing the sun....I obviously could not decide on how I actually wanted the sun, or even the gnomes, because I truly don't think any 2 of these cards are the same. One card, I got an adhesive blotch on it...so, that gnome ended up with a butterfly on it for the grand coverup. I decided I don't love Nuevo drops just a little...but really I love them A LOT...I liked the yellow to finish off my sun, but, then again, the stickles that I have in every color...including orange, seemed to do the trick too...since I couldn't decide if the sun should have orange rays/yellow center, vs yellow rays/orange center....and I even used a diecut off of a Cricut cartridge, that I must really like, because over the years, this is my go to sun.....(the one that I have 3 of here)....then it occurred to me....I have overthought this to the point that it wasn't fun anymore...so, finish the dang things up...and get them in an envelope and mailed to one/two/three or four of my GNOMIES!!!!
The mushroom and the gnomes are all from Riley and Company:

The "Gnomies" sentiments are from a retired Stamping Up! set.... (as well as the bird and the mailbox on the inside of the card...
The inside sentiment, is from one of my Unity Stamps kits (99% positive on this, I'm pretty sure, I searched through what was close to me at the time....)
One thing is 100% certain on this.....I started these in June, after I had taken a very bad fall, and injured my hip....I LOVED every minute of coloring, fussy cutting, etc..... What a fun fun FUN line of stamps...if you haven't visited Riley and Company to see the really fun line they have....you are missing out!!! It was very hard trying to choose which mushrooms to add to my mushroom collection...so, I settled on more than 1....you definitely will see more mushrooms in the future!!!!! I might eve be able to find a few shrooms from the past....I have a couple cards from the past, when I picked up a couple stamps by this line ... way back in the past, when they were distributed by CHF. I was so very very thrilled to see them available through Riley and Company!
While you are at it....check out their moose(s) (hahaha) and the hundreds and hundreds of fun sentiments!!!!!
I have more to share this week...I'm getting that table clean!
Toodles!
